Singapore Changi International Airport Parking

Long and short term parking at Singapore Changi Airport is handled via 6 public car parking facilities, which are managed via an electronic parking system. Motorists pay when they exit the car parks by inserting either a Cashcard or an Autopass Card into a machine.

At Terminal 1 the parking is handled via Car Park 1, an open-air facility for around 850 vehicles and 100 spaces for motorbike parking.

Terminal 2 has parking spaces for 2,300 vehicles and 600 motorcycles in multi-storey car parks 2A and 2B, which are linked to the Terminal 2 building and offer sheltered access.

At Terminal 3 parking is handled via basement parking facilities in car parks 3A and 3B. There are some 1,600 parking spaces for vehicles and 130 motorcycle spaces located beneath the Terminal 3 building.

The Budget Terminal has an open-air parking facility with just 320 spaces for vehicles and 130 spaces for motorbikes.

The above parking facilities are available for long and short term parking at Singapore Changi Airport, as there are no specially designated areas for long-term parking at the airport.

Motorists who are just dropping off or picking up passengers receive a complimentary 10-minute grace parking period, but anyone staying longer than 10 minutes will be charged according to the time they spent in the parking facility. The entry time is electronically marked upon coming into the car park.

Singapore Changi Airport parking fees are paid via topping-up cash cards or autopass cards, which can be topped up at a terminal in the Terminal buildings and in the various car parks. There is also a car park service counter in each parking facility, where motorists can pay or seek assistance.
